Sunpower Employment was registered on 22 January 2018 as a Singapore sole proprietorship. From day one, the focus was never volume — it was fit. The right worker for the right employer, handled with care.

The employment agency landscape in Singapore is crowded. Most agencies compete on speed and price. We chose a different measure: how well a placement actually works out for both sides. That means taking the time to understand what an employer genuinely needs, not just what they list on a form — and listening carefully to what a job seeker wants from their next role.

Today, Sunpower Employment holds a Comprehensive Employment Agency Licence (EA Licence: 18C9069) covering all categories of placement — from domestic workers to skilled tradespeople to international candidates. The licence is not a boast; it is a baseline. We treat compliance as the floor, not the ceiling.

We tell you what we can and cannot do

No agency can guarantee a visa. No agency can guarantee a placement will work out. We are upfront about this. We would rather lose a client by being honest than keep one by making promises we cannot back up.

We treat candidates as people, not inventory

Every person who registers with us has a name, a background and a reason for seeking work. We take the time to understand their situation before presenting them to employers, and we follow up after placements.

Compliance is not optional

Singapore's employment and immigration framework exists for good reasons. We follow MOM guidelines, the Employment Agencies Act and the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act to the letter — no shortcuts, no grey areas.

We stay involved after the placement

A placement is not a transaction we close and file. We check in with both parties during the settling-in period. Issues surface early when you stay in touch — and are easier to resolve when they do.

Our primary market is Singapore, where we are licensed and regulated. Beyond Singapore, we work with candidate pipelines from India and maintain connections to the New Zealand market, subject to applicable regulations in each country.

All international placements are conducted in full accordance with Singapore employment law and the immigration regulations of the relevant country. Sunpower Employment does not guarantee visa approvals or immigration outcomes.
